Wilson (32 points), Tarver Jr. (29 points) lead WHCL to big win over Hartnell

Sophomore Camron Wilson had a huge game with 32 points and 13 rebounds while Mack Tarver Jr. poured in 29 points to help lead West Hills College Lemoore to a 96-83 win at Hartnell College in Salinas on Saturday.

The Golden Eagles snapped a two-game skid and improved to 4-3 overall.

West Hills shot 66 percent form the field (41 for 62), including a 12 for 18 night from Wilson and 12 for 17 effort by Tarver Jr.

Milton Burnett also had an impressive game, shooting 11 for 15 on his way to 22 points while DaMari Tate contributed 8 assists and 5 rebounds.

The Golden Eagles are back in action on Friday (Dec. 3) when they host Allan Hancock College in a 5 p.m. non-conference game.
