LEMOORE – Trey Booker and Deshawn Shears both had double-doubles to help lead Lemoore College to a 93-49 victory over in-district rival Coalinga College on Wednesday night at Golden Eagle Arena.
The Central Valley Conference win snapped a four-game losing streak as the Golden Eagles improved to 6-15 and 2-5 in the CVC.
Booker had another big game, leading all with 26 points to go along with 11 rebounds and 8 assists. Shears totaled 16 points, a game-high 11 boards and 5 blocks. Tony Mariano was also solid in the win as he contributed 14 points and 8 rebounds from the bench.
Lemoore will look to keep the momentum going on Saturday (Feb. 1) when the Golden Eagles travel to Reedley College for a Central Valley Conference game.
