LEMOORE – The West Hills College Lemoore men's soccer team is still in search of its first win after suffering a tough 1-0 non-conference loss to visiting Victor Valley College on Tuesday.

The Golden Eagles put up a good fight, holding Victor Valley to just a single goal that was scored in the 39th minute. But West Hills couldn't match it and fell to 0-4-1 overall on the season.

Goalkeeper Enrique Serena Acuna played well in the loss as he totaled 5 saves.

West Hills returns to action on Friday (Sep. 15) when it hosts Bakersfield College in a 4 p.m. non-conference game.
