Francisco (Pancho) Hernandez is entering his fourth year with the program, his second season as head coach here at WHCL. Prior to West Hills, Hernandez coached for eight years in multiple levels of competition. He has coached club, high school, and college-level soccer. Before becoming head coach, Hernandez held the position as the assistant coach for the women's soccer program here at West Hills. He is very excited to take on this new role as head coach and continue the growth of the Golden Eagles women's soccer program. 

Hernadez' soccer career consisted of playing club soccer in Fresno and Modesto. He was also a member of the ODP program Cal North state team, RegionIV, and youth National Teams Pools. Hernandez spent some time in Mexico with Club Necaxa and a brief stint with Chivas USA, before finally finishing his playing career with the Fresno Fuego.

He currently resides in Visalia with his wife Raquel, and two children, Olivia and Aaron.
